- You agree that FashionIncluded.com shall not be responsible for any losses or damages suffered while you rent, sell or exchange your items. You will be solely responsible for the items you wish to rent, sell or exchange with others.
- You agree that You have read FashionIncluded.com Rental Guidelines for renting a bag from another person OR renting out your bag to another person.
- You agree that in any disputes encountered in any transaction, FashionIncluded.com will not responsible for solving the disputes. You will be solely responsible for resolving the disputes.
